Eona is a girl growing up in a fantasy China with a cripple, but there's a catch: Eona has the ability to see all 12 dragons of the dragon circle. With this ability, Eona hopes to one day become the famous Rat Dragoneye, master of the Rat dragon. Unfortunately, in a society where girls are looked down upon and absolutely forbidden to become dragoneyes, Eona must disguise herself as Eon to fulfill her powerful destiny.
